Service
Pulse RP provides Discord roleplay communities with application forms, application review, clock in/out duty tracking, event RSVPs and polls, character profiles, LOA requests, staff strikes, rank changes, suggestions, rule acknowledgements, giveaways, guild modules, and dashboard administration.
Community Responsibility
Server owners and staff control their forms, roles, review decisions, event rules, moderation choices, and character requirements. Do not use Pulse RP to collect sensitive real-world information without permission, discriminate unlawfully, harass users, spam Discord, or violate Discord/community rules.
Accounts and Access
Discord login, guild membership, roles, and configured staff permissions determine access. We may suspend, limit, or remove accounts, guilds, modules, or content to protect the service or respond to abuse.
Availability and Liability
Pulse RP is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted bot access, complete exports, exact timekeeping, Discord delivery, or that application and staffing workflows will satisfy a community's policies. We are not liable for indirect damages, community disputes, lost data, or third-party outages. These terms are not legal advice.
