Discord login may store your Discord ID, username, avatar, email if provided, login count, ban status, roles, guild membership, and session data. The bot may cache guilds, roles, channels, members, and permissions.

Pulse RP modules may store application forms and answers, reviewer decisions, clock types, clock sessions, duty durations, events, RSVPs, poll votes, character profiles, LOA requests, staff strikes, rank changes, suggestions, votes, rule acknowledgements, giveaway entries, module settings, blacklists, and audit logs.

How We Use Information

We use data to authenticate users, authorize dashboards, operate bot modules, assign roles, record staff actions, calculate duty time, manage events, prevent abuse, and provide support to server admins.

Visibility and Control

Authorized server staff may see application answers, duty history, character profiles, moderation records, event responses, and audit logs. Server owners control many retention and access choices for their community.

Retention and Sharing

Data remains while needed for the service, server operations, audit, backups, legal needs, or security. We share data with Discord and with hosting, database, security, and support providers needed to run Pulse RP.
